The cost of installation is included within our prices, so there are no additional charges. We do however offer all of our buildings in kit form for a DIY self-installation kits, which saves you 20% off the base price of your building (excluding optional extras). Kits currently have to be collected from our yard in Ashford Kent. You can see our DIY buildings here.
Depending upon the size and complexity of your new building, installation can take anything from a few hours to a few days. We will assemble your building without disruption to you, leave your site tidy and your new building ready to use. We would ask that you be present on the day so we can ensure you are happy with your building and collect the final payment from you.
Before you can take delivery of your buildings you will need to have your base prepared. We will send a base plan to you with the necessary footprint details to complete these works for all buildings. It is very important that these works are carried out properly. If you are unsure please do contact us we will be only too happy to offer you advice.
Once we have a confirmed order, our experienced team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. At this point we will discuss any possible problems regarding access. Our lead time for delivery and installation is usually 4-6 weeks, this can increase during exceptionally busy times of the year, but of course we will always try to fit in with your requirements. For smaller workshops we hold back a limited number of much quicker build slots - this means we can sometimes have your building ready in 1 - 2 weeks. Please check with one of our team when discussing your building.
We offer free delivery to some areas of the south east but we also do our best to keep delivery costs as low as possible to other parts of the country. See our detailed table of delivery costs for more information.

In some cases, planning consent is not required, especially for smaller garages and workshops., but there's no hard and fast rule. We are happy to help with some general planning advice but you should always consult your local planning office. You can explore our planning blog with extra information here.
